National Indigenous Call Centre Set to Open

INTTN received business development support from Indigenous Business Australia (IBA) to set-up Australia's first Indigenous National Customer Service Call Centre. INTTN Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Jade S. Miller and IBA, Senior Business Development Officer, Mr. David Deo (Pictured Above) were a key part of the centres success and are now planning to train up to 45 Indigenous people in Call Centre skills and experience. The centre will also act as a digital technology and telecommunication training hub with plans underway to train an additional 44 Indigenous people in certificate V in Information Technology in partnership with GoTafe.
