Our Legislative and Policy Framework is robust and we act in full accordance to our role, responsibilities and duties as an Australian Aboriginal Owned Telecommunications Company.
INTTN is a certified aboriginal owned private limited liability company registered with Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) in late 2016. Our company purpose, powers, functions, administrative and operations act in accordance with the ASIC Act 2001.
As Telecommunication Company INTTN is also registered with the Telecommunication Industry Ombudsman (TIO) and acts to the full regulations, requirements and standards of TIO.
Furthermore, being an established Aboriginal owned company eligible for Indigenous Procurement Policy opportunities we act in accordance with and cooperation to the Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
