Our commitment to developing, creating and delivering training and career opportunities are a central element to our core features as an Aboriginal owned business we support and advocate for diversity in the workplace and job creation.
Our training targets are delivered with our Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s) and our partner organisations assist in facilitating on the job training activities. We facilitate training in formats of in-person, in community, online and in the class room. Centrally we Telecommunication Cert II & III is a focus for our essential services and network services in our Aboriginal workforce and further training in technologies and digital innovation are integrated into Telecommunication courses to deliver a robust and fundamental set of certifications and accreditations for our human resources and people working in the field. All other areas of our business from marketing and sales, retail and supply chain inclusion act in accordance with industry standards and regulations while training and work experience opportunities are delivered in a culturally competent way through the training and career development life cycle.
